Our Vision

 

Our vision is not only to treat people but to educate them in understanding their current condition/injury. Striving further to assist them in lowering their risk for future injuries. The final goal is to have a person understanding how their body works and growing in the process as they invest time into restoring their own bodies to optimal function.

We as a practice will strive to expose ourselves to the best level of training and will continually strive to provide this knowledge to our patients. We are busy with an on-going process to make these services as accessible & as user friendly as possible. The goal is not to create a dependent population but rather to empower all in the process of taking responsibility for their own physical wellbeing.

Our Approach

 

We approach each person as an individual and aim for a holistic approach based on a thorough assessment leading to a clinical diagnosis and causative factors (underlying predisposing factors). The aim is to set collaborative outcome goals with each client and share the rehabilitative responsibility. Even though we strive to as be as skilled as possible with our hands-on treatment an active buy-in is expected from or clients..

 

Our Focus

 

We use a combination of manual and manipulative hands-on therapy techniques, aiming to correct posture and biomechanics as well as aiming to restore muscle imbalances and re-educate whole body mobility and stability. This should add up to fewer treatment sessions and more resilience to future injuries.
