I am Mianca Minnaar born and bred in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga and graduated from Hoërskool Nelspruit in 2017, I completed my BSc Physiotherapy degree at the University of the Free State in 2022 whereafter I did my community service year at Rob Ferreira Hospital. I am a compassionate and energetic patient centered therapist as well as a certified MAP movement trainer, passionate about dancing, running, hiking, tennis, and cycling and participate in all the abovementioned sports. I have a professional interest in sport-based rehabilitation, dancer rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, concussion management, neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation as well as chest treatments and believe that non-surgical intervention is always the best option to start with.
